Shipping Policy
At Só Verde, Unipessoal Lda (NIF: 518960366), we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Portuguese law.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your delivery country and order total:

All prices include applicable VAT. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Portugal (mainland): 1–3 business days
- Portugal (Azores & Madeira): 3–7 business days
- Spain: 2–4 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates. Under EU consumer law, goods must be delivered within 30 days of the order confirmation. If we cannot meet this deadline, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
5. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted carriers (CTT, DHL, DPD, GLS) to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery in real time.
7. Delivery Failure and Uncollected Parcels
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absent recipient, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping costs may apply). If you choose not to redeliver, we will refund the cost of goods minus original and return shipping fees.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and goods and contact us within 48 hours at ola@soverde.pt or +351 934 852 956 with your order number and photos. If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
9. Customs and Import Taxes
No customs duties apply for orders within the EU. For international orders outside the EU, any additional customs fees or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
